Membership privacy notice

This form collects your name, email, phone number, subscription choice and uploaded image (a receipt for paid applications or a sample image for test applications) to let the community administrator review your application, manage access and send membership updates.

Who can access your receipt?

Receipt files and application details are available to the administrator through a protected dashboard. Receipts are not published, included in emails or shared with other members. Please cover unrelated financial information before uploading.

Email and Telegram

Your email address is used for application decisions and membership updates. If you connect Telegram, the system stores your numeric Telegram user ID to manage your access. A transactional email provider may process membership messages; Telegram processes bot messages and community access requests.

Your private status link

Keep your status link private. Anyone with that link can view your application details and submit corrections or a renewal. Contact the community administrator if you lose the link or share it accidentally.

Corrections and removal

Contact the community administrator through the support details on the signup page to request a correction or removal of your information. Application and payment records remain stored until the administrator arranges removal; there is no automatic retention deadline in this version.

Information submitted here is for membership administration, not a public profile or a marketing mailing list.
